RECLAIM is a 12-week coaching experience for high-achieving women ready to trust themselves again, make clear decisions, and create a life that actually feels like theirs.
You've spent years being capable.
Responsible, the one who figures it out, the one people call when something needs to get done.
Somewhere between taking care of everyone else, building the career, managing the family, navigating the transition, pushing through the hard season and proving, again, that you could handle it...
You stopped listening to yourself.
Now you're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't seem to fix. You're questioning decisions you once would have made easily.
You know something needs to change, but you're not completely sure what.
Maybe the strangest part is that from the outside, you still look like you're handling it.
You haven't lost yourself. You've gotten incredibly good at overriding yourself.
Stop abandoning yourself to keep everything else working.
Burnout may be the symptom.
Self-betrayal may be the pattern.
Self-trust is the transformation.
Self-betrayal doesn't always look dramatic.
Sometimes it sounds like:
"It's fine."
"I can handle it."
"I don't want to disappoint them."
"Maybe I'm asking for too much."
"I'll deal with myself after I get everyone else taken care of."
"I should just be grateful."
"Maybe I'm overreacting."
One decision doesn't seem significant.
But repeat those decisions for years and eventually something happens:
You become incredibly skilled at reading everyone else—and increasingly disconnected from yourself.
Your needs.
Your limits.
Your desires.
Your instincts.
Your internal yes.
Your internal no.
And eventually you start wondering:
What do I actually want?
“Amy helped me through career and life transition as I became an empty nester. Within just a few weeks I found a new VP level role and landed an multiple 6-figure role, negotiating $40k more in compensation than I was initially willing to ask for.” - Angela
What if you could trust yourself again?
Imagine making a decision without holding a committee meeting in your head.
Feeling a “no” and believing you don't need a courtroom's worth of evidence to honor it.
Setting a boundary without spending the next three days wondering whether you were too much.
Knowing the difference between something that's difficult because growth is uncomfortable—and something that's difficult because you're abandoning yourself again.
Imagine waking up and knowing:
This is my life. And I trust myself to lead it.
You're still ambitious.
Still generous.
Still capable.
Still someone people can count on.
But there's one enormous difference:
You're still her. You're just choosing it now instead of proving it.
That's the work we do inside Reclaim.
This is for the woman who has spent years being "the strong one."
Maybe you're navigating a career transition, divorce, motherhood, grief, burnout, an empty nest, a relationship change or simply realizing that the successful life you created doesn't quite feel like yours anymore.
You may recognize yourself here:
You second-guess decisions you once would have made confidently.
You say yes and immediately wish you'd said no.
You know something feels wrong but talk yourself out of what you're sensing.
You carry everyone else's needs while struggling to identify your own.
You feel guilty when you disappoint someone.
You've become excellent at performing under pressure but don't know how to turn "off."
You're successful on paper but quietly wondering, Is this really the life I want?
You're tired of analyzing yourself and ready to actually change the pattern.
You're not looking for another productivity hack.
You want to feel clear again.
Grounded.
Decisive.
Connected to yourself.
Free to build your next chapter without needing everyone else's permission.
“I was living in a state of anxiety as a sales leader before and now I’m really in tune with my body leading with authenticity and purpose. Even started my first retreat business!”
— Emily L.
Introducing RECLAIM
A 12-week private coaching experience designed to help you rebuild self-trust and confidently create what's next.
This isn't about becoming a different woman.
It's about reconnecting with the woman underneath years of performing, pleasing, proving, pushing and holding everything together.
Over 12 weeks, we'll work through the patterns keeping you disconnected from yourself and build the capacity to make decisions from clarity instead of fear, guilt or chronic stress.
Your next chapter doesn't have to be built around proving what you can survive.
It can be built around what you actually want to create.
This is not another mindset program.
You've probably already done plenty of thinking.
You may have read the books, listened to the podcasts, gone to therapy, journaled, learned about boundaries and become remarkably self-aware.
And yet knowing why you do something isn't always enough to stop doing it.
Reclaim integrates coaching, nervous-system awareness, practical pattern interruption and real-world decision-making.
We aren't simply asking:
“How can you think differently?”
I’m asking:
“What would change if you finally trusted what you already know?”
Your 12 weeks of Reclaim
This is private coaching built around your actual life - not a generic curriculum you're expected to squeeze yourself into.
Together we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, work through the decisions in front of you, strengthen your capacity to respond differently, and help you translate insight into action.
Private coaching availability is intentionally limited so I can work deeply with each client. Investment starts at $5,000.
Why Amy?
I'm Amy Looper, founder of Reclaim and a certified trauma and resilience coach through the Arizona Trauma Institute.
For more than 20 years, I built a career in enterprise sales and leadership, where performing under pressure was the job. I was a 5x President's Club winner, a #1 ranked rep, and a sales leader. I've coached with Harvard Business School and delivered keynotes to more than 25,000 professionals at organizations like Dell, Deloitte, and SHRM.
I knew how to achieve.
I knew how to push.
I knew how to handle hard things.
What I didn't see was how quietly capability can turn into self-abandonment, when being the one who can always handle more becomes who you are.
My own major life transitions eventually brought me face to face with patterns I couldn't outperform. That changed how I understand resilience.
Real resilience isn't how much you can carry.
It's being connected enough to yourself to know what's yours to carry in the first place.
Today, I help high-achieving women rebuild that connection so they can stop proving and start choosing.

You don't need to have your next chapter figured out before you begin.
That's part of the work.
You may come to Reclaim thinking the problem is your career.
Your relationship, burnout, a major transition, a boundary you can’t seem to hold.
Or simply the persistent feeling that something in your life no longer fits.
We start there and underneath it, we work toward something much more fundamental:
You trusting yourself to decide what happens next.
30 minutes. No pressure.
We'll talk about where you are, what's keeping you stuck, and whether Reclaim is the right level of support for what you want to change.
You don't need another year of trying to think your way into certainty.
You can learn to trust yourself while you're moving forward.
Not ready for coaching yet?
Start with 10 minutes.
If something on this page felt familiar but you're not ready for private coaching, you don't have to wait to start feeling different.
In this free 10-minute training, you'll learn:
The Perseverance vs. Self-Betrayal Test, a simple way to tell whether you're courageously pushing through something hard or overriding yourself to prove you can handle it
Why you learned to override yourself, and why being "the strong one" may have once protected you but could be exhausting you now
The Two-Part Self-Trust Reset, one action you can take today to start listening to yourself again
No fluff. No "just set better boundaries." Just a tool you can use the next time you feel that flicker of something about this doesn't feel right.
